Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Please make sure that this product is right for you as unfortunately we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

This is because of a few reasons such as transaction fees, limited stock levels and special order items.

Delivery Information

What area do you deliver to?

We only deliver to SEQ at this time. This is due to the fact that we handle our deliveries in-house.

We currently offer free local delivery however pickup is available too at our showroom or off-site warehouse. (Please call to confirm stock levels)

How long will it take to receive my order?

That's a good question! Every product is different. On each product page you will see an estimated delivery time.

Some products that are in stock in our Brisbane warehouse can be delivered instantly / next day. Some products are held in our Sydney warehouse and will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive.
